How it works

  1. Get your free reportsGo to AnnualCreditReport.com, the official free site. Checking your own reports does not hurt your score.
  2. Check them with us, page by pageWe show you what to look at: your name and address, your accounts, and who checked your credit.
  3. Fix real mistakesIf something is wrong, we help you write down what it says, what is true, and your proof. Then we make the letter. You check it and mail it yourself.
  4. Watch your score each monthWrite down your score once a month. We keep up to 3 years, so you can see which way it is going.

Common questions

Do I need the Tracker first?

No. But they work best together. The Tracker keeps your payments on time. The Credit Workspace helps you check everything else.

Will this raise my credit score?

We cannot promise that, and no honest company can. If a real mistake gets fixed, or your balances go down, your score may get better. The Score Center helps you see the change over time.

Is this credit repair?

No. It is a step by step workspace. You stay in charge. You decide what is a real mistake, and you send your own letters.

Do I upload my credit report?

No. You keep your reports. You only write down the date, which credit bureau, and notes in your own words.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from the Stripe billing page, or email support@duesmart.com. After you cancel, you are not charged again.

Is there a limit on voice help?

Members get 20 free minutes of voice help each month. They come back on the 1st. You can add more minutes anytime. Everything else in the workspace keeps working.
