DueSmart is designed to avoid sensitive card data.
DueSmart tracks timing information only: nicknames, statement close dates, due dates, balances, limits, minimum payments, reminders, and notes.
What You Should Never Enter
- Full credit card numbers
- CVV, CVC, PIN, or security codes
- Bank passwords, usernames, or online banking login details
- Routing numbers or full bank account numbers
Where Your DueSmart Data Lives
DueSmart stores each Founder member portal separately in your browser's local storage, keyed to the purchase email you use to log in. That keeps one member's dashboard separate from another member's dashboard on the same device.
Portal Login
The Founder member portal uses your purchase email for dashboard separation. It does not ask for bank credentials, full card numbers, CVV, CVC, PIN, or online banking details.
Checkout Security
DueSmart purchases are processed through Stripe under the FormsHQ account. DueSmart does not collect or store your payment card number during checkout.
Built-In Guardrails
The app checks card setup, notes, bulk add, statement import, payment memos, and backup imports for likely full card numbers or bank-login details before saving.
