DueSmart is local-first and no-bank-login by design.

Information DueSmart Stores

DueSmart stores the card and loan timing information you enter in your browser's local storage under your Founder member portal. This can include nicknames, optional last 4 digits, balances, credit limits, statement close dates, due dates, reminder settings, payment history, payment website links, and notes.

Founder Member Portals

Each purchase email gets its own local dashboard storage key. Logging out returns the browser to the demo dashboard, and logging back in reloads that purchaser's private local dashboard on that device.

Information DueSmart Does Not Want

Do not enter full card numbers, CVV, CVC, PIN, bank passwords, bank usernames, routing numbers, or full bank account numbers. DueSmart is not designed to collect those details.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment card details. DueSmart and FormsHQ do not receive or store your full checkout card number.

Mailing List And Welcome Emails

If you join the DueSmart list or request the Founder Free Preview, DueSmart/Formshq Inc may store the name, email address, phone number, preferred language, credit-health goal, source, submission and claim dates, and consent status you submit. We use this information to unlock the two-space preview, provide setup and support, measure program participation, and send relevant product or launch communications. Paid purchasers may also receive a DueSmart welcome email with portal access instructions. You can contact support@duesmart.com to request removal.

Exports And Backups

If you export a JSON backup, that file is created on your device. Keep it private and do not upload it publicly.

Ambassador Referrals

When you follow an approved DueSmart Ambassador link, DueSmart stores a referral code in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days. The code may be attached to Stripe Checkout so DueSmart can attribute an eligible purchase and calculate a commission. DueSmart also records referral-link visits, including the landing page, referring page, browser user agent, and timestamp. The referral never changes your public price.

Course Certificates And Success Stories

When a signed-in member completes every lesson in a DueSmart course, DueSmart stores a course-completion certificate with the member's chosen display name, course stage, completion date, lesson count, and an unguessable verification code. Certificate links are not intended for search indexing, but anyone given the full link can view the certificate.

Success stories are separate and optional. A story stays private unless the member explicitly consents to publication and DueSmart approves it. Name and location permissions are separate choices. Members can withdraw publication consent from the Success Stories page; withdrawn stories are removed from public results. DueSmart may retain the private withdrawal and review record as needed to honor the request and document consent history.
