Ambassador Playbook

Your first 90 days.

One brand. Ten offers. Two links. This is what each sale pays, where to start, and the handful of rules that keep you in the programme — written for someone who has never done this before.

The honest numbers

What each sale actually pays you.

Published commission rates are shown as dollar amounts using current public prices. Wealth and Founder are included in the offer ladder, but no commission rate is quoted until it appears in DueSmart’s published program terms.

This is not a promise of earnings. It shows what one sale pays. It does not predict what you will make, because nobody honestly can — that depends entirely on who you know, how you talk to them, and how consistent you are. Anyone who quotes you a monthly income figure for this kind of work is selling you something.

The thing most people miss: the two highest-paying offers are the business Finance plans, not the courses. A single Business Team signup pays more than two Complete Passes. If you know people who run a service business with staff, that is the most valuable conversation you can have.

Before anything else

Hour one — get paid-ready.

Do these six things once and every campaign after this takes minutes.

  1. Copy both of your links.Your dashboard issues two: one for Simple Finance and one for everything else. They are not interchangeable. Using the wrong one means the sale completes and you are not credited.
  2. Open the Ad Studio and paste them in.The general link goes in the main box. The Finance link goes in the green box that appears when you pick a Finance offer.
  3. Add your name or handle. It goes on every image you download, so people know the post came from you.
  4. Generate your first campaign. You will get three versions to choose between, a script, and captions with your link already inside them.
  5. Download one image and post it.Do not wait until it is perfect. The first one being average matters far less than the tenth one existing.
  6. Write down ten names.People who already trust you. That list is worth more than any audience you could build from scratch this quarter.

Sales-page attribution is still gated. The six dedicated sales properties are available in the Ad Studio for campaign planning and review. Keep the main DueSmart destination selected whenever the Campaign Coach shows an attribution warning. Switch to a dedicated sales page only after DueSmart confirms a live test purchase appeared in Ambassador Admin.

The shape of it

Ninety days, four phases.

This is a rhythm, not a sprint. The people who do well here are not the loudest — they are the ones still going in week ten.

Days 1–14

Your warm circle

Talk to the ten people on your list, one at a time. Not a broadcast — a message that mentions something real about them. This is the highest-yield fortnight you will have, and most ambassadors skip it because it feels less impressive than posting.

Days 15–45

Build the rhythm

Three posts a week from the Ad Studio, and ten to twenty-five personal conversations — sent by hand, to people who know you. Rotate which offer you lead with so you learn which one your audience actually responds to.

Days 46–75

Double down on what moved

By now you have real information. One offer will be outperforming, and one channel will be doing most of the work. Stop spreading yourself evenly and put your hours where the results already are.

Days 76–90

Compound

Go back to everyone who bought. They are the warmest audience you will ever have — for the next offer up the ladder, and for introductions. A satisfied customer is worth more than a hundred cold impressions.

Where to start

Start where trust already exists.

The single strongest predictor of whether someone responds is not your copy. It is whether they already trust you.

Safest ground

People who know you

Family, friends, former colleagues, people from church or the neighbourhood. They will read a message from you. They will not read one from a stranger.

Highest value

People who run something

Anyone with a small service business and staff. Business Pro and Team pay the most in the programme, and these are the only people they fit.

Most receptive

People who already asked

Anyone who has ever asked you about credit, bills, or getting organised. They opened the conversation. You are just finishing it.

Write one real sentence for each person. "You mentioned the car loan last week — this is the thing I said I'd send." That single line is the difference between a message and a broadcast, and it is what makes the whole approach honest. The Ad Studio will not let you send without it, on purpose.

About two hours a week

The weekly rhythm.

You do not need to be full-time. You need to be regular.

Monday · 20 min

Set the week

Pick one offer to lead with. Generate the campaign in the Ad Studio. Download the images you will use.

Wednesday · 30 min

Post and talk

Put one post up. Send five personal messages, each with a line written for that person.

Friday · 30 min

Follow up

Reply to anyone who responded. Send five more. Post again.

Daily · 5 min

Answer and log

Reply to questions. If anyone says stop, log it in the Ad Studio immediately — that is what protects every other ambassador from texting them too.

Non-negotiable

The rules, in plain language.

Breaking any of these can end your partnership and forfeit unpaid commission. None of them are difficult once you understand what they are protecting.

Never promise a result

No score, no approval, no deleted item, no funding amount, no income, no timeline. Not in a post, not in a text, not verbally. Talk about what someone will learn or organise, never what they will get.

Always disclose

Say you may earn a commission. Every caption the Ad Studio produces already includes it in the right language — leave it in.

Stop means stop, everywhere

If someone asks you to stop, log it in the Ad Studio. That adds them to a shared list so no other ambassador texts them either. A stop that only lives on your phone protects nobody.

Text people who know you

Send by hand, one at a time, to people who agreed to hear from you. Do not buy lists, do not bulk-send, do not message strangers.

No self-referrals

You cannot buy through your own link, and free plans do not generate commission.

Approved facts only

Prices and inclusions come from the Ad Studio, which matches the public site. Do not add features, and do not invent a discount.

Why the rules are strict here specifically. This is credit and money education. The promises that would be merely annoying in another industry are, in this one, the exact claims regulators look for. The rules are not there to slow you down — they are what lets the programme keep paying.

Learn from these instead

Five mistakes that cost ambassadors money.

  1. Using the general link for a Finance offer.Finance has its own link. The sale goes through, the customer is happy, and you are not paid. The Ad Studio now locks the wrong link out — but only if you paste the Finance one in.
  2. Sending the identical message to twenty people.Phone networks filter that pattern silently. No bounce, no error — the messages simply never arrive, and you never find out. The Ad Studio rotates the wording for exactly this reason.
  3. Skipping the personal line.It is the difference between a message and a broadcast, in both how it lands and what it is.
  4. Not logging a stop. You protect yourself and every other ambassador in one tap. Skipping it puts the whole programme at risk, not just you.
  5. Waiting until everything is perfect. The tenth post beats the first post being flawless. Start rough and improve in public.
Keep your own

Track these four things.

Not to hit a target somebody set for you — to see what is actually working while there is still time to change it.

Personal conversations started

The number that moves everything else. If it is zero this week, nothing downstream will happen next week.

Which offer people reply to

Your audience will pick one. Notice which, and lead with it.

Clicks on your link

Your dashboard shows this. Clicks without enrollments usually means the offer is wrong for who you are talking to, not that your copy is bad.

Conversations you did not finish

Most missed commission is not a rejection. It is a reply nobody followed up on.
